How to add a printer to your computer:

First, open your control panel by going to your start menu and clicking on control panel. If it isnt there, then right click on the start button and click on explore.
A box will show up that has a menu on the left side.
Scroll down this menu until you see the control panel button. Click on it.
Once the control panel has opened, look for a button labled, printers. on some computers this will be printers and other hardware so just open it and select printers and faxes.
It will show you all the printers you are already connected.
On the left side of it, there will be a tool bar with some buttons on it. If one is not there but the menu you used to get here in the first place is still there, then just close it and the tool bar will appear.
Click on add a printer.
Click on the next button and select the network printers option. Then click on the next button.
select the connect to this printer option and click on next.
It will show a list of all the printers you can connect to. Select the one you want and double click on it to see the printer name. Select the printer you want from the drop down list and click next.
Choose if this wil be your default printer or not. I wyould suggjest not because you wont forget to change printers that way.
Now all you have to do is click on next, and then finish!
