Sourceful greetings to everyone...

I am Alan Scherr, President of Synchronicity Foundation and one of the moderators of this forum. As this board is brand new, I wanted to break the ice and invite anyone interested to begin with a question or comment. Whether you are new to the Synchronicity Experience or are already practicing with us - we are here to assist and support you in every way we can.

I am especially interested to hear from those of you who have a background in traditional meditation techniques and are considering updating your practice.
That is what I did after 25 years with an Eastern meditation practice and I can tell you from my own experience - it was the best move I ever made... spiritually speaking.

What's your story? I'd love to hear from you...

Hi Alan and everybody else!

So let me be the one who help breaking the ice with another question!!

In what way ( if any) do you notice the effect of the tsunami? To me it seems as if a whole lot of fear is being expressed not only in the countrys hit by the tsunami but elsewhere as well...I wounder how much we all are being affected by this....this last week for me at my work has been interesting as far as fearful expression goes....( I work with youth at risk) usually there are ups and downs for all people, but now it seems as much more than usual and the people we work with is being much more lifenegative in their expression as well as being much more drastic in what actions they take and all at the same time!!....the way I have been dealing with it is by first and foremost increase my own meditation and to increase my own focus on my own feelings and how I express myself and being more alert in the balanceposition when I am engaged in activeties.

One Love
Martin

Hi Martin - thanks for your response and welcome to the forum. As far as the tsunami - we watch all such phenomena here in terms of the play of Consciousness and especially, the data that human beings superimpose upon it.

I have read many accounts of people making statements saying that the tsunami is some kind of punishment from God in response to people not being faithful to their religion. What a fear-based and fragmented perspective!
Wasn't the same thing said in relation to AIDS and other such occurrences? It is in these situations that people really reveal themselves. Sometimes we see tremendous compassion and selfless service, and other times, we see judgment, guilt and other forms of self-negation.

Yes, the most conscious approach is to remain as balanced as you can be and let Consciousness orchestrate the show. That is what is happening anyway, so better to acknowledge it truthfully and not try to interpret.

Greetings everyone, welcome to our forum. For the last 4 months I have been a resident here at the Synchronicity Sanctuary. I will probably be popping in and out from time to time sharing experiences, or joining in discussions. If anyone would like to ask me any questions, feel free. No questions? Feel free anyway...

-with relentless positivity

Hello Ben,

I will take you up on your offer, and ask how is everything going? What were your first impressions of life at Synchronicity, and how have they changed?

Chris

_____________________________________________________________

All right then, first a little background.
Long story short, I had been searching both consciously and unconsciously for a spiritual lifestyle and a master for a few years, more recently I had begun practically engrossing myself in a holistic lifestyle. As soon as I heard of Synchronicity, I joined recognitions, and I knew the sanctuary was my home. I had only seen a picture of Master Charles, and he looked pretty ordinary to me, but I just knew this place was for me. Within 6 months of being turned on to Synchronicity, I was here, proclaiming my intent for residency and I’m still here…
Keep that in mind when reading my post.
So I’ve become a 24 year old celibate Monk, and as far as I’m concerned, I’m in paradise. I don’t by any means mean to say that it’s all lollipops and candy land, but for the first time in my life, I feel- I know that I am where I want and need to be 100%. A totally engrossed, all encompassing spiritual lifestyle is the only way I want to live. Knowing this, and being here. There is not much that fazes me, even when it does. My impression upon arriving was positive, and it’s only grown exponentially in that direction. Not because of the way we live, or work, or eat, or mediate, although those are all very much to my liking. It’s the energy. Master Charles’s energetic above all else, combined with all the technology and positive focus we put on ourselves, and this place, are what make Synchronicity what it is. Extraordinary in the ordinary, is one phrase that comes to mind. This is a term M.C. refers to quite often, and I think it’s perfect. We work very hard. We burp and fart and argue, just like everyone else, and from the perspective of someone who isn’t living here, or in this lifestyle, we may very well seem to be living a normal, although uncommon, community life. When I am here though, I’m in a whole new world. Master Charles’s entrainment is absolutely intoxicating. His energy surrounds this place like a field of positive syrup. In that, any tendencies that anyone has are significantly amplified. Whatever you have deep inside you starts to come out. That’s essentially what meditation does, and that’s what a master is for. To clean you out, so you are left with nothing but bliss and unity consciousness- our true nature as human beings. So my experience, in a nut shell, has been my own. I’ve gone through my own personal processes and upheavals: physically mentally, emotionally, and energetically. I am facing parts of myself that are very difficult to endure, and others that I find absolutely blissful. In essence, I am trying very hard to stay positive, and open to my fullest state of being, and that, of course, is what I am experiencing, relative to my focus, along with the help from the momentum of a master’s energetic. I experience the bliss of my being more and more each day. I suffer, I struggle with my madness, and I arrive, eventually, even more blissful than before. If there is ever any doubt in my process, all I have to do is be still, feel the energy here, feel Master Charles literally permeating through my body, and I am left with no denial left to grasp. We have the concentrated grace of god in our back yard, and that grace is transforming me beyond my wildest dreams in every moment. This process, this life, - for me it works, it delivers, and in this moment, I am ecstatic.

Thank you for this oppertunity, that consciousness has brought me, through your question, that I may realize again, in this moment, the beauty in my process.
    Love
        Ben

Hi Ben! Thanks for sharing your experiences with us! I was wondering if the clearings you experience gradually become less intense. I would assume that in the beginning of the journey they are very intense when a lot seems to be coming to the surface? Thanks for your time!

Love, Nicole

A note to Alan Scherr
I am a poet who found the Sounds of Silence (2nd Cd) at a thrift store about 9 months ago.
After playing the cd I found it to be a life changing cd for me. I not only found the meditation to be beneficial for my poetry, I found it to be a spiritual journey into my mind and into my soul. I have found enlightenment at a higher level.
I started playing the cd in the wee hours of the morning and found my poetry to be more intense and soulfelt.
It has taken me on a journey to be one with our creator. I am grateful for your compilation of CD's and your talent and plan to purchase more CDs in the future
Thank you

Hello Antoinette - I am grateful for your sharing of experience. The Sounds of Source Series includes five volumes, all of which feature Synchronicity Holodynamic vibrational entrainment technology (HVET) in the Theta frequency range.

Isn't it interesting that you are noticing an enhancement in your creative self-expression in addition to an expansion in your awareness... Theta is the frequency range which is associated with creative inspiration - it is the typical brain wave profile found in young children and thus, it takes us beyond the conditioned mind and accesses the doorway to our own magic and miracle.

By all means, do continue your meditative unfoldment and let us know how you are doing along the way,

Sourcefully,
Alan

Dear Alan~
Thanks! I have read that learning to live in "the now" is the path to freedom. I have also heard of the book "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle, but I have never read it. It seems though that Synchronicity meditation is along these lines...
I was also wondering if you new anything about Dr. David Hawkins book "Power vs Force". I was wondering if people could use it to answer personal questions? Like if they are lacking direction in their lives?
Well, thanks for responding to my questions!
                               Love, Nicole

Hi Nicole,
I have been reading your posts as well as Alan's responses. I hope it is OK for me to add my own response here.
I for one have read the book 'The Power of Now' and also much of the follow on book 'Practicing the Power of Now'. They are very useful books to help us understand the importance of living in the present and beng aware of our mind's constant need to live in the past or the future. With some observation of how our minds work we soon realise just how much time is spent relating to the past and looking ahead to the future. We also see just how little time is actually spent in the present, and realise how constant reminders are necessary to return to it.
Positive affirmations are a valuable tool to help bring your focus into the present. Watch your thoughts and you will see that they are predominantly negative, it is the default dominant pattern of thoughts. By repeating positive afirmations instead a balance is brought about and with balance comes stillness or presence. There is no judgment involved but a means to balance. With balance thoughts slow down and the experience is more peaceful.
In the Synchronicity experience we try to maintain balance in the thoughts, emotions and physical body. When balance is attained in these bodies being in the present comes more naturally.
Love
Chas

Dear Chas~
Thank you for the explaination. I understand now that positive affirmations are used to bring balance to the mental and emotional dimensions. I guess I was trying to compare Eckhart Tolle to Synchronicity and it is hard to compare two spiritual paths, but I think that they do have a lot in common. Essentialy they both are teaching us to live in the moment or the present. I was confused and thought that affirmations were used for "ego strenghthening".
Do you live at the sanctuary?
Love, Nicole

Dear Chas,
Opps...I guess I hit enter too soon while trying to write. I just wanted to say "thanks" for responding. It was fine for you to have replied to my posts. I appreciate it! I was just wondering if you lived at the sanctuary.
    Love, Nicole

Hi Nicole, here is a response to the question you asked me.

Each individual will have their own experience based on their own journey. This of course includes the clearing process. At any stage of the game, any given person may create an experience for themselves that they consider very difficult and intense, or very easy and blissful, whether they are living a counscious lifestlye or not.
There aren't any set rules for how an individual's evolutionary process unfolds. All humans are evolving all the time, it is our nature. Most of humanity of course moves very slow and in a fragmented way, but we all experience the same cycles. Just like all people are different. Thats really the best answer i can give. I noticed you are asking a lot of questions. We offer a book called "the Synchronicity experience" that outlines what synchronicity is and how we live that you may find informative. It also comes with an intro theta level meditation cd. This way you can have your own experience. No matter how much you read or ask, experience is really the only way to know.

hope this helps

             Love Ben

Thanks for your response, Ben. I haven't started meditating yet, I'm still working with keeping a routine with the exercise and I'm reading about the diet. I know these things may seem like "simple" things to do, but I have to "force" myself to do everything. This is one of my "biggest" issues I guess. Forcing myself to have to do everything is very trying and exhausting as well. I know it is a mental thing. I'm afraid that this won't "go away" and that I will not embrace life, but resist it. I don't know how to "work" on this...

Is this normal for everyone?

Thanks for your time...Love, Nicole

_________________________________________________________________

Nicole - what you are indicating is that you are putting your focus on what we call the primary trinity. Physical, mental, emotional. These three aspects in this order form the basis for more progressive experience. Only when you begin to bring balance to physical can you truly balance the mental, and so on. Of course you can work in these three areas simultaneously, but essentially balance in one makes balance in the next easier and more effective. So it sounds like you are on the right track in putting focus in these areas, because this is where you are, and of course that is fine. As far as feeling like you have to force everything. It may help you to seek assistance, in whatever way you feel is appropriate. It is quite difficult for a person to diagnose and fully help themselves, because, as we say "the eye cannot see itself" which basically means, it’s hard to clearly see our own issues ourselves. There is too much of our own stuff in the way.    You may find talking to someone professional, to help you get to the root your feelings, helpful. There is nothing wrong with asking for help.

Is this normal for everyone? NO. nothing is normal for everyone... were all unique and the best thing you can do is honor yourself for who you are and where you are in your journey, and let everyone else do the same. Comparing yourself to others is not usually helpful.

It always helps to set realistic goals for yourself. Take things as they come, and focus on doing your best and loving yourself no matter what results you get. Again, a little meditation may help you gain momentum in these areas, and focus on these areas will make a little meditation a bit easier to accomplish...

I wish you the best.

Ben

I forgot to add that I would like to work with someone who participates in the Synchronicity lifestyle.

Thanks for your time.

Alan~ Hi! This kind of a bizarre question, but I was wondering if there were plans for Synchronicity after Master Charles can no longer run it. Is there anyone who is as advanced as he is who would be able to? I just don't want to get involved in something that years from now will fall apart. Thanks for your time!

Sincerely, Nicole

Regardless whether MC would be there in the years to come is not the focus of syncronicity as I understand it. The resourceful teachings and technology supports the energy dynamic of MC and will continue to flow through the participants and the grounds of Syncronicity, As you allow yourself to become open to your own dynamic as Alan has so compassionately pointed out through the practices, these type of questions will answer themselves. IF you calm your mind and try to live in the spaces between all the words that you ask. It is difficult, and finding distractions is human nature, if you do seek a therapist, know they will basically just help you move the furniture around in your head and provide themselves as an excuse crutch to hinder your evolvement. These are my perspectives and are in no way representative of Synchronicity.

Thanks for your post Brother Hammer. I was just wondering if someone would carry on Master Charles' lineage. I thought that the reason why people who lived and the sanctuary progressed so rapidly was because they meditated with him. I also realize that he gives energy transmissions and people come to retreats to meditate with him.

I have also read about Muktananda and was wondering if when these energy transmissions were given at Synchronicity if people go into profound meditation.

I know that I ask a lot of questions, but I really yearn to feel deep peace and I'm afraid that I won't ever have enough of it to feel whole. I also want to do a lot with my life for people, but the smallest things are a struggle. If people are getting frustrated with me I do apologize.

Thanks again...Nicole

If you could sum up your major beliefs into one sentence consisting of little more than ten words, what would you tell those who were curious about your religion?

Anyone who may answer,

In response,
I apologize for the repetition of the last message. I was unaware that it had actually posted the first time due to an error message my pc had recieved. But, if you may do so, please answer the question to your best knowledge and in a clear manner, because it only takes a simple and short answer to introduce hundreds more, and there are many around you who may need answers...

Hello AJ and welcome to the board. We would prefer the term "model of reality" rather than religion or belief. Our's is a holistic model which means it is based on One Consciousness as the source, substratum or ground of being.

It would take a lot of time and space to articulate the model here - but suffice it to say that we are about balance which is the basis of wholeness and fulfillment in human experience.

As imbalance is dominant to the extreme especially in today's world - we offer technologies of balance, the foremost of which is a contemporary form of meditation which is based on precision technology along with a holistic lifestyle that supports balance throughout a 24 hour day.

Taken together, Synchronicity Contemporary Meditation and Holistic Lifestyle delivers expanded states of holistic awareness and fulfillment in accelerated time frames. Since it was introduced by Master Charles more than 20 years ago, hundreds of thousands of people worldwide have embraced this modern approach for one simple reason... it works...

I hope this is clear...

Sourcefully,
Alan
