The grieving process is a natural and appropriate one and is itself, a primary means of allowing her to restore balance and move on with her life. Regarding Synchronicity soundtracks, while we do not create them for specific life circumstances such as this, they are all very effective tools for balance and wholeness based upon the technology itself. The musical component is more a matter of personal taste and preference. </P><P>There is one in particular entitled "Collaborations: One Heart" by Marina Raye that is felt by many to be especially heartfelt and nurturing. It is a Theta level soundtrack and may be used with headphones for an impactful meditative experience or with speakers as a soothing ambient background in any environment. This could be a helpful addition to her life. </P><P>By all means, invite her to the Sanctuary for one of our Open House Weekend Programs.
