I would like to introduce myself. I'm Michelle in Colorado. I've been in the Recognitions program since the summer of 2004, although my practice has come to a very slow point. I move forward, with as much awareness as is possible at this time. I'm really trying to walk where my own feet are with out resisting this challenging time; I am practicing acceptance of self....or doing my best to, anyway.
I wanted to take a moment to connect to everyone here (Ben, I hope you are well, and still glowing  , and create the intention to continue my practice and evolve with the support of fellow Synchronicity meditators.
