When listening to the mediation music for the firdt time, I didn't expect to feel anything but calm.  I was surprised to feel a tingling, vibrating, activation feeling mostly in the frontal lobe area and a lesser amount in the back of my head.  Is this a normal reaction?  I am sure that I am not making this up.  It really happened.

Welcome and thanks for your comments.  What you are describing is the subtle movement of energy that typically occurs with meditation and especially Synchronicity High-Tech Meditation.  It is the impact of these subtle energies or frequencies of vibration upon the physical body that gives rise to the sensations of tingling you felt.  Because the head area is packed with nerve centers and "energy pathways" - it is common to feel such sensations there.  Your experience is an excellent validation that indeed, you are awakening the subtle energies and advancing in your process...

I was introduced to the meditation tapes by a friend who wanted to share the experience with me, and I too felt the surge of energy , it started at my feet and pulsed through my body continuously over and over again, and it happens everytime I meditate with the CD's. is this normal? I'm not complaining, I feel so wonderful afterward.
