Please review the following requirements to ensure that you can watch videos on Synchroncity TV before purchasing a Synchronicity Special Event.

•   Minimum system requirements to view Synchronicity videos are 400 Kb per second download speed and a flash enabled internet browser. If you do not know your internet download speed, click this link to test .


•   If your internet browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer, you may have trouble viewing the videos. Therefore, if the test video does not play, try using Firefox. You can download Firefox by clicking this link. Most people experience a better result with Firefox.


•   You may test your computer by using our testing video player. To do so click here. If the video plays back and the voice and video look good, then your computer is adequate.
