Core Dynamics Plus is a comprehensive program that offers in-depth facilitation with a Personal Holistic Lifestyle Trainer and includes a series of meditative focusing techniques and themes for each month of every six month phase. These meditative focusing techniques and themes are an integral part of the program in relation to your Personal Holistic Lifestyle Trainer, who works with you throughout each phase to fully actualize them. Each of our Holistic Lifestyle Trainers has many years of meditative experience and training with Master Charles. Core Dynamics Plus also includes the monthly Contemporary Energetic Transmission.
In Core Dynamics Standard, the same meditative focusing techniques and themes from Core Dynamics Plus are provided, but in written form only and are included for optional, independent practice. Also, in the standard version of Core Dynamics, meditative assistance is available in the form of an optional telephone “hot-line”.
