1. What can I expect from daily meditation with Synchronicity soundtracks?

In its simplest understanding, meditation is a primary technique of balance and Synchronicity ContemporaryHigh-Tech Meditation utilizes precision Holodynamic Vibrational Entrainment Technology (HVET) that increases efficiency and yields acceleration of results, ie., yielding increased balance and holistic experience.

Traditional "low-tech" systems of meditation are a random experience from one sitting to the next and accordingly, many who attempt to meditate using these techniques are frustrated with the inconsistency of results.  Another factor is the electronic pollution that proliferates in today's world which is highly imbalancing to the human energy field. Low-tech systems of meditation are not designed to work in today's energetically imbalanced world, while Synchronicity Contemporary High-Tech Meditation harmonizes these negative environmental energies, thus allowing easy access to states of holistic awareness and fulfillment.  Some of the more common experiences of Synchronicity participants include greater clarity and wakefulness; a more spontaneous flow of creativity and insight; expanded holistic awareness or presence; greater compassion and tolerance of differences; increased dynamism and vitality; the enhanced ability to see the humor and appropriateness of the world around us; a sense of connectedness with ourselves and our world; and the progressive unfolding of ever-increasing integrative wholeness and fulfillment.
 

2. Who is Master Charles?

Master Charles Cannon is a modern mystic and Master of Meditation.  He is an American spiritual teacher who pioneered the application of precision technology to the ancient art and science of meditation and holistic lifestyle.  He is termed an authentic Master in recognition of his empowering holistic presence, which catalyzes spontaneous states of holistic awareness in proximity to him.

3. Why do I need a holistic lifestyle?  Isn't meditation every day enough to create balance?

Thousands of years ago, when meditation was evolved, the world was not the same as the world of today.  There was far less negative polarity dominance in the collective consciousness and the world population was a fraction of what it is today.  Perhaps at that time, meditation alone was sufficient to support a constant state of holistic awareness.  But in today's world, in which energetic pollution, fragmentation and collective negativity have reached unprecedented levels, we must create a balanced, holistic lifestyle 24 / 7 if there is to be any hope of consistently experiencing unified states of Consciousness. 

That is why Master Charles strongly emphasizes both Synchronicity Contemporary High-Tech Meditation and Holistic Lifestyle as the foundation for a progressive experience of ever-increasing integrative wholeness.  Synchronicity Holistic Lifestyle provides the exterior means of balance while Synchronicity Contemporary High-Tech Meditation provides the interior means.  Taken together, they actualize the Synchronicity Holistic Model of Reality in the lives of practitioners.

4. Why do I need a teacher if Synchronicity Contemporary High-Tech Meditation "meditates you"?

While meditation delivers the balance that is the basis of wholeness and fulfillment, guidance from an authentic Master of meditation is essential in many respects.  First, there must be a truthful and precise diagnostic delineation of one's evolutionary level so that the appropriate holistic lifestyle balancing techniques can be ascertained and applied.  Only an authentic Master of Meditation who demonstrates consistency in unified states of Consciousness as well as philosophical mastery is qualified to render such precision diagnostic guidance.

Secondly, while the evolutionary journey is a new discovery to one who is evolving it day by day, one's understanding of the journey and the experiences that unfold within it require clarification and validation from someone who has thoroughly explored and mastered it themselves. Thus, there is a tradition of teacher - student interaction.  In every field of life, a teacher is required and the spiritual field is no different.

Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, an authentic Master serves as an enlightening empowerment of unparalleled impact for the student. This means that in proximity to the Master, states of holistic awareness spontaneously unfold that are not otherwise possible to create on one's own.  Thus, all the Great Wisdom Traditions extol the value of proximity to the Master as the most effective means of accelerating one's evolutionary process. 
 

5. What is the best way to begin a practice of Synchronicity Contemporary High-Tech Meditation and Holistic Lifestyle?

Holistic Lifestyle.  The book is a precise delineation of the Synchronicity Paradigm including the Synchronicity Holistic Model of Reality, Synchronicity Contemporary High-Tech Meditation and Holistic Lifestyle, while the included sixty minute CD delivers the experience.  Taken together, this book and CD provides everything necessary to begin a daily practice of Synchronicity Contemporary High-Tech Meditation and Holistic Lifestyle and enjoy the resultant balance and holistic awareness expansion. 


6. Is there such a thing as too much meditation?

As meditation is a primary technique of balance, and balance is the basis of wholeness, regular practice of Synchronicity Contemporary High-Tech Meditation delivers progressive holistic experience.  Along with holistic experience, there is a clearing process that occurs as old "data" or psycho-emotional material is brought to the surface to be released.  While the clearing process represents a ripple of upheaval or disequilibrium, it is normally very mild and passes without much notice.  It is possible however, that too much meditation could catalyze a more intense clearing response which would be uncomfortable and counter-productive.  Therefore, we recommend starting with perhaps thirty minutes once a day and progressing gradually up to a maximum of an hour.  Take at least five or ten minutes of transition time, lying down after meditation before you get up and go.  Monitor your meditation and daily life experience to be sure that there is a smooth flow.  If at any point, you notice any roughness, irritability or continuing discomfort, a Synchronicity facilitator is always available for assistance.
 

7. When I meditate, I sometimes feel bored and restless, like I can't wait for it to be over.  I feel I am struggling to finish the session. What should I do?

First, there is no need to struggle to meditate.  Feelings of boredom or restlessness arise from time to time and are part of the natural clearing process that happens with meditation.  If it becomes uncomfortable, get up from your seat and move around the room.  Make it a meditation in motion.  When you feel more settled, you may return to your seat and complete the session.  Another point is to get plenty of cardiovascular exercise, ideally just before and after meditation.  This is enormously helpful in feeling more expanded in meditation as well as more balanced in daily life.  Here at Synchronicity, we begin with 15 minutes of aerobic movement and stretching before sitting to meditate, and end with more exercise.


8. Depending on my schedule, I cannot always meditate the full hour plus transition time.  What do you suggest on days when I can't take the full time?

Do as much as you can.  For example, you could do one 30 minute soundtrack, either Transcendence or Tranquility, and then continue for 10 minutes in silent meditation, for a total of 40 minutes.  Maybe on some days you can do another 30 minute soundtrack in the evening after work.  Have your intention to do the full time, but if you are unable, be flexible and do what time allows.

9. When I meditate, my mind is constantly chattering and filled with thoughts.  I can't get myself to quiet down.

During meditation, whenever your mind is thinking, it is reflecting an imbalanced state of left brain dominance.  The mind is caught in a pattern of regurgitating past data, and is unable to be focused in the present moment.  This is a common pattern that everyone shares, especially in our culture which places such great emphasis on thinking and retention of information.   Because meditation is about balance, what is necessary is to grab the reins of the mind and bring in the right brain, positive polarity.  This is easily accomplished through the use of non-dual affirmations, which are simple, positive statements beginning with "I am".  For example, "I am blissfully silent", or "I am radiantly aware".

Formulate several affirmations that reflect your own experience, and as you begin meditation, think them gently and slowly for about 5 minutes.  Then, let the affirmations go.  You will experience some degree of silence after the affirmations.   Simply enjoy the silence for as long as it lasts, 30 seconds, 5 minutes, 30 minutes or whatever.  When thoughts bubble up, again return to your affirmations for about 5 minutes, and observe the silence for as long as it continues.  Continue this affirmation process throughout your meditation, and you will gradually find that silent awareness is more and more of a constant.

 The same process can be extended to the rest of your day as well.  For example, upon rising in the morning, and as you drift off to sleep at night, bring in your affirmations.  During the day, whenever you feel caught up in unproductive, automatic thinking, use your affirmations to create balance.  This process is one of the best ways to make Holistic Lifestyle a 24 hour a day experience.
