| In the Synchronicity Paradigm, brainwave frequencies are understood to be correlated with specific states of awareness. There are four brain wave frequency ranges that we are concerned with: Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta.
Beta brainwave frequencies occur in the range from 15 – 24 Hz. And correspond to the typical “busy mind” experience that is common to most human beings. In the Beta frequency range, there is chaotic, fragmented experience on the basis of left brain (negative polarity) dominance.
The Alpha frequency range, between 8 -14 Hz., marks the beginning of balanced brainwave activity resulting in the experience of wakeful focus and coherence. Alpha is also the range of Holodynamic vibrational entrainment technology that delivers a light meditative experience.
The Theta frequency range, between 3.5 – 7 Hz., increases the balanced brainwave activity and corresponds to the experience of visionary, creative and intuitive levels of experience at subtler levels of awareness than the Alpha frequency range. Theta is also the range of Holodynamic vibrational entrainment technology that delivers a medium level of meditative experience.
The Delta frequency range, between 0 -3.5Hz., substantiates balance and corresponds to the “beyond the mind” experience at the subtlest levels of meditative awareness possible. This is the range in which unified consciousness emerges in meditative experience. Delta is also the range of Holodynamic vibrational entrainment technology that is utilized in Synchronicity’s most impactful at-home meditation correspondence course, the Recognitions / Recognitions Plus Program.
