This is not just a book its a way of life. I spent a day with Master Charles in Nashville last year, then I read his wonderful book. It is an insightful soul searching account of his journey to freedom. I have read the book several times, and reccommend it. Awesome!!!!!!!

I make no apology for sending a eulogy by way of review. The authority of Master Charles comes through with great clarity and to be given a truthful account of a fellow traveller's journey which includes the ecstatic as well as the 'dark night of the soul' experiences so beautifully described is a rarity. Master Charles pulls no punches and I particularly liked the idea of acquiring a sun tan by being near the sun.
As one who at one time could see no need for a teacher I am now able to see for myself that the best teacher is one who has 'walked the walk' thereby becoming one who can 'talk the talk' Master Charles is clearly such a one.
